After you have been registered you will be provided with a username and password  to make hotel and tours reservation.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION
Online Registration at this web site is the most preferred way. Participants and accompanying persons are requested to register in advance by completing and submitting the Registration Form with appropriate fees. Registration will also be possible by faxing or emailing a PDF Registration Form. Registration will be confirmed upon complete payment of registration fees.

Deadline for pre-registration is 10 September, 2010.  
Registration on site is possible during the entire Conference within the opening hours of the registration counter.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellation of participation made before 6 August, 2010, paid registration fee will be refunded deducting 25 € of handling fee per person.  
In case of cancellation made after 6 August, 2010 registration fee will be no refunded.
