OFFICIAL LANGUAGE:
English will be the official language of the Conference. There will be no simultaneous translation.
REGISTRATION:
Online Registration at this web site is the most preferred way. Participants and accompanying persons are requested to register in advance by completing and submitting the Registration Form with appropriate fees. Registration will also be possible by faxing or mailing a PDF Registration Form. Registration will be confirmed upon complete payment of registration fees. Group Registration at the special price and conditions will be possible. For detailed information please see our website.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Only credit card and/or bank transfers will be accepted.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
The estimated deadline of abstract submission is May 31, 2010. One author, at least, of each accepted abstract must register for the Conference within one month after having received notification of acceptance. If the author(s) fail(s) to register the paper will no longer be part of the Programme.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS:
Computer projection facilities (PowerPoint-Presentations) will be available in the meeting rooms. Presenting authors will receive all technical information and instructions prior to the Conference in order to ensure the smooth running of sessions.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS:
Poster presentations are scheduled. Presenting authors will receive all technical information and details prior to the Conference.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE:
Registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance in their conference bags on-site.
ACCREDITATION & CME CREDITS
Conference is in the process of seeking approval from the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education in Brussels (EACCME), an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net and National Accreditation Authority (NAA) Georgian Association of Medical Specialties - with relevant Sections responsible to provide EACCME credits for attendance. EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association towards the Physician's Recognition Award (PRA). To convert EACCME credit to AMA PRA category 1 credit, contact the AMA. Conference is designated for a maximum of 18 hours of European external CME credits.
