The Scientific Committee invites authors to submit their abstracts for consideration and inclusion in the Conference Program.
Please note that only ELECTRONIC submission will be accepted. Faxed or mailed abstracts will not be reviewed.

PREPARATION OF YOUR ABSTRACT
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- One author, at least, of each accepted abstract must register for the Conference within one month after having received notification of acceptance. If the author(s) fail(s) to register the paper will no longer be part of the Program.
- The material in the abstract must be original and not published previously.
- The names and titles of author (s) and name (s) and address of their affiliations (institutions) should be submitted by author along with the abstract;
- The title of the abstract should be as brief as possible but long enough to indicate clearly the nature of the study. Abbreviations must not be used in the title.
- Size of abstract should not exceed 300 words including the title and keywords. Use “Times New Roman 12 points” font and single line spacing in the whole abstract.
- Do not use graphics or tables.
- Check spelling and grammar carefully. Direct reproduction from your electronically submitted abstract text means that any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific data will be reproduced as submitted.
- Use structured subheadings in italic font as follows:
- Aims: a sentence describing the purpose of the study
- Methods: describe your selection of observations or experimental subjects precisely
- Results: describe your results in a logical sequence
- Conclusions: emphasize new and important aspects of the study and conclusions that are drawn from them.
- Please mention the keyword (s).
- Use generic names. Commercial drug names may not be used.
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee by the end of July 2010. Authors will be notified in due course on acceptance by email as to whether their abstract has been accepted for a poster presentation.

POSTER PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
Dimensions: height – no more than 150 cm, width – no more than 90 cm;
Caption: title; name of author/s; name of affiliation/s;
Text: Font / size – choose at your discretion so that the text is easily readable.
Use structured subheadings as follows:
Aims: describe in a sentence the purpose of your study;
Methods: describe your selection of observations or experimental subjects precisely;
Results: describe your results in a logical sequence;
Conclusions: emphasize new and important aspects of your study and conclusions that are drawn from them.
PUBLICATIONS OF ABSTRACTS:
- Accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference Abstract Book, which will be distributed at the Conference in the delegate bags.
- Abstracts will be published as submitted. Errors will not be amended by the organizers.
